How do I start?
Choose a pack, add your account and delivery details, then complete payment. Your active subscription appears in the customer dashboard.
Can I pause meals?
Yes. Pause and resume controls are available from the subscription area. Contact support early if the meal count has already been sent to the kitchen.
Where can I see today’s menu?
The menu section and customer menu page show the weekly menu published by the admin team.
How are offers applied?
Valid offer codes are checked during payment. If a discount applies, the final paid amount and discount are shown.
Can I track delivery?
Delivery tracking is available after login when an order is assigned to a delivery partner.
